Inspired by the fishing villages and seaside towns of England’s east coast, the restaurant will specialize in British seafood with ‘an emphasis on ethical sourcing and local suppliers from across the country’.

Led by Chef Tom Moore, the restaurant will offer an “open and accessible” menu with “crowd-pleasing classics” and an expansive raw bar.

The wine bar will be located at the front of the restaurant overlooking Shoreditch High Street and will feature modern and avant-garde producers alongside more famous regions.

The Hatch will offer “fun dishes that evoke childhood memories of seaside trips.”

Goddard & Gibbs will be open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner with brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

On the former site of the Ace Hotel, One Hundred Shoreditch is the latest addition to the Lore Group, which also operates Sea Containers in Southwark.

Lore Group says One Hundred Shoreditch will offer the widest selection of restaurants and bars in a hotel in the area, including three bars and a cafe.
